Refund policy

We believe you will be delighted with your purchases, but there may be occasions when you feel it necessary to return a product. You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 14 working days of delivery. To notify us of your wish to return/exchange a product please contact:

hello@sunbutter.com.au, customer emails will be responded to on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, excluding public holidays. 

Returns parcels are to be sent to the following address, at your own expense:

SunButter Skincare, PO BOX 574, Balnarring, VIC, 3926.

Upon arrival, returned goods must be unopened, unused and in a re-sellable condition for the return to be accepted and a refund issued. Alternatively, you may also ask for a replacement product or credit voucher to use in our store. 

Please note:

  1. We will send your replacement item or refund your payment within 30 working days upon receipt of your item
  2. We can only exchange products for up to the same value of the original order
