How To Use!
Step 1
Preparation
Ensure your skin is clean and dry before applying. Use this zinc sunscreen before heading out for any outdoor activity like surfing or running.
Step 2
Application
Scoop a generous amount and apply a thick layer to your face and exposed skin. Focus on high-exposure areas like the nose, cheeks, and forehead.
Step 3
Long-Lasting Protection
Reapply every 2 hours or more frequently if you're swimming, sweating, or wiping your face to maintain the protective barrier.
Step 4
Water Resistance
With 2 hours of water resistance, it provides continuous protection during long surf or outdoor sessions. Reapply as needed.
I’ve resisted buying the tinted surf zinc as it looks heavy and best for beach days. But I recently tried it on sale and it may just be my new favourite. You do have to warm it on your skin on winter so it spreads more easily, but it has a lovely non-greasy almost matte finish. I’ve been using it on my morning runs and as a makeup base. A regular part of my daily routine - recommend trying it if you’re on the fence

I'm 48 and I have highly sensitive skin - both to the sun and to skin products. The surf zinc has such a great appearance and consistency when applied to the skin, that I am actually able to use this as my foundation, which also provides the sun protection I need - my skin has never looked better and I get so many compliments. I have just repurchased. Love also that this is a locally made, naturally based reef-safe product. Please keep making this product! It is gold.
